NEW YORK - Tablet PC may just become an idol today. However, Dell's European Marketing Director, Bryan Jones, claiming that the euphoria of the tablet is just a 'phase' that will soon pass. Well ...?
Jones was disclosed in an interview with PC Retail V3.co.uk quoted as saying on Saturday (05/21/2011). According to Jones, the young workers is the force behind the adoption of new computer devices, including tablets.
"Today we witnessed the tablet into fashion, like netbooks three years ago," said Jones before acknowledges that the tablet has its own market. However, Jones believes the tablet is not 'executed' for laptop and desktop computers or PCs.
"Most people can not finish the job and have high productivity if you do it in tablets. Because the tablets are not designed for these needs. You must find the limits of a balanced," he added.
"When we talk to corporate customers, most of them said that they wanted the tablets as an enhancement. So the tablet is not the only device they are,"added Jones.
